Handling time

• All items will be shipped after payment is completed.
• Allow us 2-3 days for preparation your order before shipping.
• We do not accept rush orders.

Shipping method and time

• All international orders are shipped via Thailand post service ; E-Packet service only
• We purchase E-packet PLUS insurance from Thailand post for all international orders.
• Once your items is delivered at the local post office, your transaction is completed. You will receive the tracking number.
• Normally, It takes 10-15 business days for Asia, and 14-25 business days for the US, UK and other regions. This is the only approximated times. The postal service cannot guarantee the exactly delivery times.

 

Shipping delays failure

If you do not receive the package after 25 days from delivery date, please contact us for further help. However, we are not responsible for these following delivery failures;

• Lost of packages which are marked by the postal service as delivered.
• Damage of packages cause by the postal service.
  
• Unexpected postal service delays or mistakes.

 

Customs Fees & Duty charges

Any customs fees by destination country might be charged before accepting the package. The Custom fees, Duty charges, Taxes and any relevant expenses must be the responsibility of customer.
