Refund policy

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact us before purchasing.
We reserve the right to decline a refund, returns, exchange request if it does not meet our terms and conditions outlined in Store policies.

We do not accept the returns, exchanges and refunds for these following reasons;

  • Personalized  or customized order.
  • Delays shipping time causing by the postal service or the Customs.
  • Customer order the wrong size or color or model.
  • Customer find out that the actual color of product look slightly different from photos on your computer monitors and cell phone screens. Please notice that the actual product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting source or your monitors and cell phone screens setting. 
  • Customer do not like the natural marks of genuine leather, for example wrinkles, veins, healed scars and differing fibre density which are the natural characteristics of animal skin.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Before removing any tag, stickers, seals and using product, please check that it is the right product according to your purchase and inspect the product for any damage or defect.
  • If you find out any defects or damage according to production process, please do not use the product and contact us back within 3 days from delivery date.
  • After we verify the returns, please send back and inform us the tracking number within 14 days.
  • Please use trackable delivery service to prevent loss or delay of return shipment. We are not responsible for any loss or delay from your shipment.
  • The returns conditions of product : product must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our returns conditions
  • We will reimburse shipment cost only if the returns are caused by incorrect product received. We are not responsible for any damage or loss cause from the returns

Refund

  • We refund only amount we received, less any cost or processing fee that may occur from the returns and refund
  • Delivery, shipment fee and other expense are not refundable
  • We will refund within 3 business days, from the date we verify the returns
  • For purchased made with credit card, refund will be process through payment provider and the provider may take another 15-30 days to process

Cancellation

  • We do not accept any cancellation. If you have any problem about your order(s), please contact us as soon as possible
